2 pm - Online Meet & Greet with Yoga Council members & brief sharing of YogaNZ progress over 2019-2020.
2.30-4:00 pm - 90min Presentation from Donna Farhi (Level 4 YogaNZ Member)
In this PowerPoint presentation, Donna will discuss models for teaching that support students becoming adept at investigating, deducting, adapting and evolving their yoga practice. We will learn about the conditions that foster people’s ability to perceive, process and integrate the signals from within their bodies. Not only can this approach yield exceptional results for participants; crossing the bridge from Simon Says to Self-Sovereignty teaching can make teaching a more satisfying lifelong career.
4:00 pm - Brief Q & A with Yoga Council.
Donna has kindly requested that her remuneration for this event is to be donated to the Christchurch City Mission foodbank to support the amazing work they do helping New Zealanders who may be newly out of work. So by attending you are not only investing in your own development but also contributing back to the community.
